The Technology
Using the latest in polycarbonate re-flow technology
We use advanced technology that reflows the very outer layer of the damaged polycarbonate at a molecular level. It softens and evens out the surface, and re-bonds back into a clear finish—essentially resetting the polycarbonate.
The technology we use gives a clearer result than off‑the‑shelf kits.
We avoid traditional compound polishing, as polish can push into micro‑pitting and cracks, harming clarity, durability and longevity.
We don’t use standard automotive clearcoats either, since they can permanently damage the polycarbonate, cause hazing, sub-surface cracking or clouding. Even newer headlight specific clearcoats often fail within a year.
